All new BuzzTurn accounts include a comprehensive 7-day free trial that gives you complete access to our queue management system with no payment required upfront.

During your free trial, you can:

  • Send SMS notifications to customers
  • Access real-time queue visibility features
  • Use all cancellation and wait time estimate tools
  • View analytics and insights for your business
  • Test the service with real customers and scenarios

This trial period is designed to give you sufficient time to evaluate whether BuzzTurn is the right fit for your business operations.

Payment and Refund Terms

Once your 7-day free trial expires, you will only be charged if you choose to continue using BuzzTurn by selecting a paid plan.

Important: All payments made after the free trial period are non-refundable. This policy exists because:

  • You have had 14 days to fully test the service at no cost
  • Our services are immediately accessible upon payment
  • We incur costs for SMS delivery and infrastructure as soon as you begin using the paid service
  • This approach allows us to maintain competitive pricing for all customers

Legal Requirements and Consumer Rights

While our standard policy is no refunds after the free trial, we acknowledge that certain jurisdictions provide consumer protection rights that supersede our terms.

European Union and United Kingdom: Under EU and UK consumer protection laws, you may have a right to cancel within a cooling-off period. However, please note that by accessing and using our service immediately after payment, you are requesting that we begin performance of the service right away, which typically waives the cooling-off period right.

  • Preserve your data for 30 days after cancellation in case you wish to reactivate

Note: Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period already paid, but prevents any additional charges.
